We take 5 potatoes and cut them as in the video. Add salt, pepper, Provencal herbs, paprika and olive oil. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius.
Roll the thighs in flour and fry on each side for 5 minutes. Put the thighs on a plate and fry 1 onion in the same pan until soft. Then put the thighs on the onion and add 300 ml of light beer. Fry another 30 min.

1-1.5 kg of chicken. Marinate the chicken using the following ingredients:
One spoonful of lemon juice
One spoonful of vinegar
Three tablespoons of olive oil
Salt to taste, cumin, paprika and half a teaspoon of black pepper and turmeric.

Onion (200 grams) Bulgarian pepper (150 grams) Tomatoes (250 grams) Carrots (150 grams)
