👋 In todays review we check out the all new and redesigned 2023 GMC Canyon! This is the Elevation trim level which is more of a base model, but still offers a good bit! The exterior styling for the new GMC Canyon has a similar design to that of its larger brother the GMC Sierra! It’s been a long time coming for this and it has a great smaller look! The front end is large, but works well and there is not full LED lighting for the front and rear exterior lights! The interior doesn’t have too many changes, but the biggest to note is the gauge cluster and infotainment system! This was introduced in the Sierra a few model years ago and it’s great to see it trickle down into the Canyon! Not a ton of info to go through, but it’s a nice new update and an easy system to use!
Driving the all new 2023 GMC Canyon was nice! It’s smooth and comfortable and with the offroad suspension, it feels like a factory truck should!
The new four cylinder engine packs a punch and while it has that four cylinder sound like it’s struggling, it feels very healthy for normal accelerations. I would love to test the towing capacity to see how well this can tow, but with the power it should be just as capable as the outgoing V6 engine. It’s more powerful, more fuel efficient and still has plenty to offer!
The all new 2023 GMC Canyon has multiple trim levels depending on your budget and with this Elevation, you can get into this small size truck for less than $40K which is pretty cool to see!
