Prices of the new Skoda Fabia 2022: from 17,160 euros

We knew all the details of the new Czech subcompact, but we needed to know what prices it would have. Now we can confirm the rates for this new Skoda Fabia, which is more technological than ever.

The Skoda Fabia has become a real bestseller thanks to its good balance between quality, price and habitability. A formula that the Czech firm will repeat for the fourth generation of its utility, which we already talked about, with the aim of continuing to be a reference within the B segment.

Skoda has already published the price list that the Skoda Fabia will have in our country and has raised its rates, although it remains a benchmark among economic cars in segment B. It starts at 17,160 euros and is at the center of the Volkswagen Group’s commercial offer for segment B: it is more expensive than a Seat Ibiza and it is cheaper than a Volkswagen Polo.

The new generation of Skoda Fabia is already being produced in the Czech Republic, at the famous Mladá Boleslav plant, with the aim of reaching the market as soon as possible. A car that is full of changes that radically vary the model: it is more technological and is totally new both on the outside and on the inside, also thanks to the fact that it has a new platform.

The engines are interesting, since it has powers ranging from 80 to 110 hp. The most economical is the 1.0 MPI EVO 80 hp manual, followed by a 1.0 TSI EVO 95 hp. The best alternative is a 1.0 TSI EVO 110 hp. The latter is the only one that can have a manual gearbox, in this case a seven-speed dual-clutch DSG box.

All of these possibilities are gasoline. If you want a diesel or micro-hybrid, you will have to opt for another model. As it could not be otherwise, the DGT label C appears on the windshield.

As you can see in the prices, the Skoda Fabia has four levels of equipment. We tell you what each of the available versions carries.

• Active: 14-inch steel wheels, body-color bumpers and mirrors, halogen taillights, folding rear seats, hill start assist, LED headlights and daytime running lights, tire pressure sensor, e-Call, speed detector driver fatigue, lane departure warning, multiple airbags (front, side and curtain), cruise control and speed limiter, height-adjustable driver’s seat, electrically adjustable and heated exterior rear-view mirrors, central locking with remote control remote, leather-wrapped multifunction steering wheel, air conditioning, automatic light assistant, bluetooth, digital radio receiver and swing radio with 6.5-inch touchscreen.
• Ambition (in addition to Active): Roll-up boot cover, 15-inch alloy wheels, rear camera, handbrake and gear lever in leather, front center armrest and smartlink.
• Style (add to the above): 16-inch wheels, LED fog lights, LED taillights, keyless-go, front seats adjustable in height and with manual adjustment of lumbar support, electrically folding, heated and dimming mirrors, rain sensors, anti-glare interior mirror, radio bolero with display 8 inch touch screen.
• Sport (in addition to everything else): 15-inch Rotare alloy wheels, chrome and black exterior package, dual zone climate control, multi-function sports steering wheel, sports pedals and seats.
